Jargon File Dictionary

The Jargon File is a glossary of hacker slang, starting as early as 1975. It is one of the most extensive glossaries of Computer and Internet jargon and holds many cross-references and qualified explanations. While the Jargon File still gives exclusive insight into the hacker culture, it now, after many updates and new versions, also covers a wide range of technical computing terms. This version was reproduced from Jargon File 4.2.0.
